Registration is open from 12:00am CST on October 2nd through 11:59pm CST on October 30th. Fee increases to $135 per attendee.
Fee includes a campsite for tent or RV camping, 4 meals, participation in main sessions and activities.
Registration Fees & Deadlines
Special accommodations and discounts are not offered for individuals who can only attend part of the event. Individuals that can only attend part of the event are encouraged to participate in as much as possible, however, must register by the deadlines and pay the full registration fee.
What if I can't attend the entire event?
Cancellation requests made before October 9th are eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests after October 8th and before November 1st are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation requests after October 31st will not receive a refund.
Cancellation requests must be sent to email@example.com by specified dates to be eligible for a refund.
Registrations can be transferred to someone else if requested before November 1st. All transfer requests must go through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Check-in is open from 12:00-7:30pm on November 9th. Attendees may set up their campsite anytime during this period. Upon arrival, attendees must check-in first to receive their campsite number and event materials.

When can I arrive to set up my campsite?
Yes, please do! Attendees are responsible for reaching out to other attendees and coordinating details.
All attendees regardless of sleeping arrangements must register by the deadlines and pay the full registration fee. The registration form includes an area to specify sleeping arrangements. That information is not required at time of registration. This information can be given to firstname.lastname@example.org after an attendee registers but before November 1st.
I have a tent or RV that sleeps multiple people. Can I invite other attendees to camp with me?
Yes. Tent campers will be clustered in group campsites. The registration form includes an area to request people to camp near. That information is not required at time of registration. Requests can be made to email@example.com after an attendee registers but before November 1st.
Can I camp next to my buddies?
Registration fee includes Friday and Saturday breakfast, Friday lunch, Friday dinner, coffee and water-filling stations. Attendees are responsible for Thursday dinner before arriving to Man Camp and Saturday lunch after departing Man Camp. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Provided meals will be sensitive to gluten-free diets, however we can't guarantee zero cross-contamination. If you have questions contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Carpool options will be organized by each church. Contact your church's Man Camp point person for more information. Parking is available at Hamilton Land and Globe Theater.

What to Bring
In addition to all necessary equipment and supplies for camping, bring the following:

The following are not allowed during any time of the event:
- weapons (guns for activities will be provided by organizer)
- illegal drugs
What Not to Bring
The best tasting burnt coffee you've every had will be available from a coffee percolator. If you're a proud coffee enthusiast ::cough::snob::cough:: then it's recommended to bring your own coffee equipment and beans.
